Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and spray them with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk to combine them thoroughly

Add the oat flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined, and then stir in the chocolate chips.

Use a large cookie scoop to scoop out six large muffins. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.
